Hi Andy,
Just a quick note of thanks for your help with the bus arrangements for yesterday in order to transport the Denham team to a colleague’s funeral in Sutton Coldfield.
I also wanted to specifically pass on our thanks to your driver Paddy. He was excellent.
We arrived slightly ahead of time and so after a quick recce of the location / entrance etc, Paddy kindly parked up nearby to accompany a quick refreshment break and then waited for us at the crematorium by discretely tucking the bus away in a corner area.
Given the nature of the occasion yesterday, his professionalism throughout was very much appreciated.
