Hi, I just wanted to send an email to say thank you firstly for the coach we were supplied on the 6th June for the derby races.
I have been using companies for the past 10yrs for this event and I have always had issues from, the state of the coach to having no toilet, or aircon being late, or having a driver with a stinking attitude.
Thankfully this year, the coach arrived early, in mint condition, working toilet and aircon.
But I would really like to highlight the fact that the coach driver (jamie) was outstanding, he had an amazing attitude and dealt with the whole day by going the extra mile, all of us on the coach noticed this, and would like to say thankyou.. I hope this email is noted and mentioned to him. because of him especially I will be using your company more often for any group activities..
