Urban are a local Watford table tennis team that have have caught the eye of the attention of the English Table Tennis Association lately.
During the 2013 / 2014 season Urban stood out as a team to watch as for a time newly promoted Urban led the Premiere League through their opening three match wins.
Urban have stood out because this is their first year in the Premiere League. Although disappointing for them to be knocked off the top through a fourth round defeat to eventual league winners Sycamore, they did finish as runners up – not bad for a newly promoted team.
