Belmont Preparatory School in Mill Hill was visited by rugby legend David Campese last week. The session was organised by Peter Evans, the managing director of MET Coaches.
The twenty-two lucky children got the chance to learn from Campese himself through a series of fun and engaging exercises. His workshop focused on two things: the importance of communicating during the game, and why it's best to keep your performance on the field simple and accurate. Campese showed them the benefits of drilling passes and training hard, giving them the opportunity to truly see what professional rugby is all about.
