Hello kind reader! We’re back again to share with you, some more developments in the world of a leading coach hire company, MET Coaches. Last time we posted, we were sharing information on our newest recruit, Sam Cutting, the talented young golfer. This time, we’re talking about our newest partnership CILT’s (The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport) BusMark. We’ve joined Busmark to help improve coach hire services on a national scale.
Busmark is a brilliant new benchmarking club, designed by leading bus and coach professionals like ourselves, dedicated to driving (pardon the pun) improvement in the passenger sector. It’s a perfect fit for MET because it allows us to interact with like minded companies and discuss how we feel we can provide a better service for you, the customer. It provides a club environment where critical areas of business can be benchmarked to identify, share and discuss best practices and how they can be improved.
We touched on what they actually do in the previous paragraph, but here it is in a little more detail:
‘Busmark benchmark’s your organisation’s operational performance with other bus and coach companies in the UK and Ireland. By helping to establish ‘best in class’ and clearly identifying potential business improvements within your organisation, your confidential data will be used to compare and contrast operational efficiency and effectiveness.‘ – BusMark
Now you understand what Busmark do for us (the coach providers) and you (the customer) you’ll understand why we saw joining this community as a ‘no brainer’. Busmark allows us to help other companies improve their services whilst being given handy reports on our own services to help improve ours too. This means, the industry leaders are teaming up to ensure that no matter where you are in the UK, you’ll have access to the best coach hire services around, courtesy of Busmark and all its members.
